A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

What counts as one customer journey?

One agreed path through your website, such as home page → service page → contact form → confirmation. Verifying actual inbox or CRM receipt requires your participation or authorized access; a confirmation screen alone doesn’t prove delivery.

Will you fix the issues you find?

This service is an independent review. The report includes recommended fixes, while your agency or development team handles changes. Repairs are not included in the $250 audit.

What isn’t included?

The audit is a limited functional review. It does not include security testing, load testing, an SEO audit, legal accessibility certification, or a guarantee that every defect will be found. Emulated mobile sizes are distinguished from physical-device testing in the report.

How soon will I receive the report?

Delivery timing is agreed after reviewing the site, scope, and access requirements. Send your intended launch date with your inquiry so we can confirm a suitable schedule before you book.
